Dear DPA Families,
As we move into the middle of November, our school community stands at an exciting moment in the year. The fall routines are now firmly in place, our scholars are growing in confidence, and the momentum we’ve built together is undeniable. This is the time when focus, consistency, and partnership matter most. Every day presents a new opportunity for our scholars to take a step closer to the futures they deserve, and we are grateful to continue walking this journey with your family.
With just a few weeks left in 2025, we are calling on our entire community—families, scholars, and staff alike—to finish the year strong. That means showing up, giving our best effort, and holding tight to the big goals we set back in August. Our scholars have already demonstrated tremendous resilience and growth, and with your support, they can close out the year with pride and accomplishment.
Thank you for all the ways you encourage, motivate, and uplift your child. It truly makes a difference. Let’s continue working together to create the conditions for success both inside and outside the classroom. We are excited for what’s ahead, and even more excited to celebrate the victories—big and small—that these next weeks will bring. Here’s to finishing 2025 with purpose, positivity, and Python pride!

Reminder: We Want Your Input on the HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULE!
|
|
Digital Pioneers Academy is reviewing its high school schedule to make sure it best supports our scholars’ learning and well-being. Families play an important role in this process, and we’d love to hear your perspective and have you share your experiences and feedback through a short survey.
The Family Schedule Survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and is confidential and anonymous. Your input will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve as we plan for the future.
Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and help make Digital Pioneers Academy even stronger!

Thank You, 8th Grade Families!
Thank you to all the eighth-grade families and scholars who attended our mandatory Zoom meeting last Thursday, November 13. It was wonderful to connect with you and ensure that we are fully aligned on the expectations for the leaders of our middle school, our 8th grade scholars. Your presence and partnership make a powerful difference.
As shared during the meeting, space in our ninth-grade class is limited, and the application for DPA High School is highly competitive. The application window will open on December 15th, 2025 and it will close on February 2nd, 2026, so we encourage families to submit all required materials by that deadline. Additionally, scholars who are currently struggling to meet behavioral or academic expectations will be meeting with the DPA team and their families in late November and early December so that we can provide targeted support and ensure we are all working together toward their growth.
Our DPA High School continues to do incredible things—earning recognition as a three-time “Bold School” performer and standing as the only high school nominated for this elite award during the 24–25 school year. We want our eighth graders to be fully prepared to join that legacy. Let’s continue working together to build strong study habits, positive social habits, and a mindset that will set them up for a successful transition into ninth grade.
